What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

My daughter has a UTI one year ago. She is 7 yearns and 10 months old. She was feeling a little pain in her belly (no pain any more and she is fine) and we had a Urine complete test of her today on our own. The Results are : Blood/ Hemoglobin : Trace WBC: Occasional RBC: Occasional Epithelial Cells: Occasional All remaining attributes are normal. We reported it to our Doctor but he said it is Ok. However we are not sure about that? What else we should do?
